Our specialist tutors and assessors are highly qualified and hold the following memberships:

Associate Membership of the British Dyslexia Association (BDA) (AMBDA) which indicates a high standard of professional competence in both diagnostic assessment and teaching;

Professional Membership of Dyslexia Guild;

Full membership of the Professional Association of Teachers of Students with Specific Learning Difficulties (Patoss).

Our assessors hold a current Assessment Practicing Certificate (APC) which indicates specialist teacher’s qualifications and competence to undertake full diagnostic assessments for Dyslexia/Specific Learning Difficulties.

Education Workforce Council for Wales as a teacher.

Staff attend regular continuous professional development training to ensure that they have current knowledge in their area of expertise.

All staff have an up-to-date DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check and professional indemnity and professional liability insurance.
