This is the gap that Develop Us aims to address by helping organisations to support individuals with disabilities.
Growing awareness of ALN, with a focus on dyslexia and autism, can be particularly effective for changing the attitudes of employers. Our workplace campaigns and support raise awareness of how individuals with ALN can benefit a business with specialised and focused support from employers. The responsibilities of Develop Us is to assess the needs of people with diagnosed and undiagnosed conditions and to identify how they can be supported in the workplace.
