All coaching programmes are tailored to the client’s individual needs – both in the number of session and their duration. A full consultation prior to developing the programme will highlight the support needed. The coaching sessions can focus on improving the coachee’s coping strategy, which includes developing working memory, concentration, stress management, organisation skills and time management. The sessions will help managers and colleagues to understand the effects of the disability on the employee’s behaviour and its impact in the working environment. Sessions can be carried out face-to-face or remotely.
It is suggested that each individual receives 5 to 10 sessions.
