We understand that many companies are faced with financial difficulties in the current climate, making supporting an individual with an Additional Learning Need (ALN) challenging. This is the gap that our workplace training aims to address by helping organisations to support individuals with disabilities.
Growing awareness of ALN, with a focus on dyslexia and autism, can be particularly effective for changing the attitudes of employers towards individuals with ALN and identifying the benefit of supporting them for the business’s productivity and performance.
