Volunteering on Christmas Day is rewarding! #Cardiff #Wales #community #

Today, I volunteered with the Salvation Army and delivered meals to people in the community. I have been doing this for several years and LOVE it!

Remember, some people don’t decide to be on their own… I spent 15mins today with a lady who expressed how isolated and lonely she is because she has no family or friends. She can’t leave her home because of her medical condition…

So many services stop over the festive period. Volunteering this time of year is so rewarding and I highly recommend it!
